THE STATUTES OF OUR FOUNDATION

Version translated into English

For international understanding, cultural exchange, and economic relations. Treating each other with respect to understand different viewpoints and find common ground. Freedom, peace, justice, and international cooperation at the level of culture, science, and business are the principles by which the AAVY Foundation – for International Cooperation (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation") operates.

"Added value is created when individuals voluntarily join together to achieve more together than is ever possible for each individual."

The foundation is a private, family-run foundation operating ideologically, politically, and religiously independent. The foundation represents humanistic, social, conservative, liberal, and ecological values. At its core is the ongoing work toward the perfection of humanity from creature to co-creator, and the construction of a global edifice of humanity for an all-encompassing human union, striving for infinity in the hope of immortality.

By passing on ethical values, the foundation aims to support the development of a moral consciousness in society that guides people to act with wisdom, strength, and beauty through the power of love, and that gives meaning to life through ongoing human responsibility in the justice of creation. The foundation aims to motivate people to work on themselves to achieve personal perfection through self-knowledge.

The foundation's focus is on the family and the individual, with their inalienable dignity, rights, and responsibilities. The individual is the starting point for social justice, democracy in freedom, and a sustainable, ecological global economy. By promoting exchange and relationships between people who assume social responsibility, the foundation develops active networks in politics, business, and society. Through international cooperation, the foundation advocates for democratic systems, the rule of law, and strong institutions. It does this through all forms of communication, education, and counseling.

Through its international work of respectful understanding and tolerance, the Foundation aims to contribute to resolving conflicts and achieving reconciliation, enabling people to live independent lives in freedom, dignity, and with the understanding of subjectivity.

"Peace on earth among those with whom he is pleased."

The foundation promotes democracy, the rule of law, and a social market economy. To strengthen peace and freedom, the foundation supports dialogue in foreign policy, security, and global peace, as well as exchange between different cultures and religions. It promotes the political model of a free, pluralistic, and democratically organized society based on ethical and ideological principles through multilateral cooperation, mediated by the United Nations, the European Union, and in cooperation with its partners around the world.

The Foundation promotes international cooperation for peace and foreign and security policy dialogue for the peaceful development of a global order that best meets the interests of democratic states within the framework of multilateral cooperation and international obligations.
